Tungsten evaporation boat manufactured by the special production line in our company can provide reliable guarantee of product quality for the customers. We adopt excellent tungsten materials with high purity, advanced techniques and special treatments to the product surfaces. Our company can produce tungsten boats for vacuum evaporation according to the customer drawing.
For the tungsten boat, we can produce according to different specifications from customer. We can also make new moulds for new design according to customer's drawing.

We have kinds of inspection equipments. Such as CMM, ultrosonic inspection, hardness tester, metallography analysis apparatus etc.
Tungsten boat will be packed with kraft paper first to protect the surface.
To ensure the safety during transportation, products will be packed accordingly with exportable wooden box with foam sheet protection inside.
If customer has special packing requirments, we will try to meet them.
Note: When you received the products, open the package carefully, some parts are sharp, please protect yourself. And if there is any damage, remember to contact with us, we will solve the problem for you.
1. How do you insure the quality is good?
--Our products are produced by ourselves from the begining. And we could control the quality step by step by inspecting the products at each step. Before shipping, our inspection department will check all the products carefully, including dimension, material, surface.
2. Could you make sure the shipping safety?
--yes, we will pack the goods carefully with wooden box and foam sheet inside to protect the products. Some special products, we will make mould for it to make sure the shipping safety.
3. Can I get free sample?
--yes, we'd like to offer free sample if the sample costs less than $100. We will arrange the shipping as freight collected.
